followed by a speech by Ms Carine De Jonghe, Alderman for Culture and Mr. Michel Landuyt, Mayor of Middelkerke.
Opening hours:
From 10:00 to 12:00h and from 13:30 to 16:00h. On Saturday and Sunday open from 13:30 to 17:00h.
Also open during activities in the hall.

An art exhibition with the weather and the coastline as a reference point. The emotions, the energy and experience that excites the weather in the arts and artists. Dealing with reality as it presents itself or as a story, to adapt to what suits best. "Rain or shine?" narrates and shows itself with paintings, seascapes, beach sculptures, ceramics, sculptures and installations.
"Rain or shine?" Stands for everything that you can not control. It may turn out positive but also negative. An exhibition in which weather plays a major role or is the apparent reason for it.
